If you prefer to register via mail, a PDF registration form is available. 

Cancellations
Must be in writing (mail or fax). Phone calls and e-mail will not be accepted. Cancellations received by February 7, 2009 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. All cancellations received after February 7 and no-shows will be charged the full registration fee. No exceptions.

Hotel Information:
The conference will be held at the L’Enfant Plaza Hotel which is situated in the heart of downtown Washington, just steps from the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and the Monuments. The L’Enfant Plaza has direct access to a Metro Subway station underneath the hotel. Click here for directions to the hotel. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the hotel at a special conference rate of $201 single; $201 double. These rates are only available through January 23, 2009.
